The primary focus is to develop shame resilience skills and foster self-compassion so that we may transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.  This intensive workshop provides a safe place to debunk the myths that lead to disconnection in our lives and begin to build a more compassionate, wholehearted life – where we can live from a place of worthiness, courage, connection and joy.

The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential workshop based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. This curriculum was developed to help people learn how to Show Up, Be Seen, Live Brave™. During this interactive workshop, we will explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. Participants are invited to examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding them back and identify the new choices and practices that will move them toward more authentic and wholehearted living.
