It can be one of the bravest steps to take - giving ourselves the space, time and support of counseling. If we are not intentional about making time to take care of ourselves, how will we improve things? "Put your oxygen mask on before assisting others around you," as they say on airplanes. If we have no oxygen for ourselves, how can be the healthiest, most vibrant version of ourselves (never mind be helpful to anyone else)?

Since you will have already paid for services at the time of the appointment, your insurance company will then reimburse you directly based on your plan's deductible/co-pay/co-insurance.
Payment is expected at the time of your appointment. Forms of payment accepted include cash, check as well as Visa or Master Card.
