WELCOME!  Thank you for stopping by.  I applaud you and honor your decision to find the support of a therapist.  Because you are making  a very personal decision, I created this website to share a little about myself and the therapy process so you can feel comfortable and confident as you embark on this journey.

​The road of life presents many twists and turns. Some experiences bring happiness, joy and fulfillment while others may bring anxiety, worry, sadness or anger.  At times, these emotions can be overwhelming or lead to thinking, behaviors or habits that negatively impact us or our relationships.  If this sounds familiar, you are in the right place to get the support you are looking for.  A positive, therapeutic relationship can help you grow, stretch yourself and tap into your own resiliency...sometimes resiliency that you may have forgotten or didn't know you had.

My goal is to create a trusting, safe and supportive environment where we can work together so you can find meaning and growth, even in the midst of life's challenges.  We will cultivate a collaborative environment where positive coping skills, healthy choices, meaningful insights and healing can be pursued.  It would be my privilege to partner with you.
